Question 1

What is Analytica?

Accepted Answer

Analytica is a financial modelling platform for property developers. It provides a single, live system that covers the full development lifecycle from feasibility through construction to settlement, replacing spreadsheets and legacy tools like Estate Master.

Question 2

Who is Analytica for?

Accepted Answer

Analytica is built for property developers, development managers, and project finance teams in Australia who manage feasibility studies, construction budgets, capital structures, and investor distributions.

Question 3

How much does Analytica cost?

Accepted Answer

Analytica is billed monthly in AUD, plus GST, in four packages. Solo (1 user) is $500 per month. Partners (2 users) is $800 per month. Office (3 to 9 users) is $400 per user per month. Enterprise (10+ users) has custom pricing; contact sales at https://analytica.live/contact-sales. Every package includes the full product.

Question 4

What is included in every Analytica package?

Accepted Answer

Every package includes unlimited projects and invoice processing, automatic import of your existing feasibilities and costs to date, feasibility, cashflow and scenarios in one live model, two-way Xero or MYOB sync, invoice approvals with a full audit trail, capital stack and equity waterfall modelling, a Claude agent that runs the entire model end to end, guided onboarding starting with accounting sync, and account management with priority support.

Question 5

Do I have to rebuild my existing projects in Analytica?

Accepted Answer

No. Analytica imports your existing feasibilities and costs to date automatically as part of onboarding, so you don't need to re-enter projects by hand.

Question 6

Does Analytica offer enterprise pricing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Teams of 10 or more users, and multi-entity development groups that need integrations or SSO, get custom Enterprise pricing. Contact sales at https://analytica.live/contact-sales to book a demo and discuss your setup.

Question 7

What accounting software does Analytica integrate with?

Accepted Answer

Analytica integrates with Xero and MYOB with two-way sync. Invoices are uploaded to accounting on approval and payment status is polled back automatically. Cost codes are synced from your accounting software.

Question 8

How does invoice approval work in Analytica?

Accepted Answer

Invoices are ingested via email, parsed with AI, and enter a pending state for review. Users can approve, hold, or allocate invoices to cost line items. Approved invoices automatically sync to Xero or MYOB and update the live cashflow. Payment status is polled back from accounting.

Question 9

What does Analytica replace?

Accepted Answer

Analytica replaces Estate Master, Excel-based cashflow models, and the fragmented workflow of managing invoices, approvals, and accounting across separate disconnected systems. It provides a single source of truth for the entire development lifecycle.

Question 10

Can Analytica model complex capital structures?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Analytica supports unlimited capital sources including equity, land facility, mezzanine, and senior debt. You can configure drawdown rules, interest rates, fees, debt limits, and a fully configurable waterfall distribution system with participant-level IRR tracking.
